INSPIRATION: “The process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative“ – Oxford Dictionaries
Sometimes the best thing I can do when I feel overextended is to take a break to fill my motivational tank.
As a “doer“ I often forget that there is more to life than my giant To Do List.
A walk at the end of my workday can be enough. But getting into the world and seeing what others are creating is better.
I recently had the pleasure of attending a few art events and it was a welcomed change of pace.
How do you get inspired? What are your favourite activities to get your creative juices flowing?
ART | DANCE | CRAFT | COFFEE | CONVERSATION … a great combination
POP ART

DANCE
Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal were in Edmonton at the end of April, for a fantastic performance.
If they happen to tour in your neck of the woods, I highly recommend it.
INDIE ART AND CRAFT FAIR
Great tiny local fair, held twice a year – Royal Bison Art and Craft Fair
COFFEE | CONVERSATION
